As part of my desire for continual learning I have traveled to many places and experienced many cultures. I have also taken
art lessons and helped in tutoring students in many academic areas. I have traveled to Mexico, the Camen Islands, and most
of the 50 states.

While living in Southern California I learned Spanish and also experienced many different cultures. On several occasions
I lived with Spanish speaking families from Mexico. I also had the opportunity to visit with and learn from families of other
Spanish nationalities.
